That is hardly true. He became an unpopular president towards the end of his second term (he can't be that hated if he can win re-election) but exiled is a pretty strong word and there are plenty of places where he can go without being deported. I can't say the same about the current president.

I've noticed that liberals tend to rewrite a lot of history when they are in control of an institution. Just think of Facebook. If they can do that there they can do that anywhere. School text book, news broadcasting, internet websites, and government agencies. Even fictionalized accounts of democratic presidents get a gloss over that either ignores their screw ups or attempts to make it seem like it was the oppositions fault. Actually dude....I never had the rabid hatred that the left had for Bush. I didn't really like some of the things he did but the left's hatred of Bush was borderline insane. I figured out that all NAZI cults feel that they should be in charge of any country and are often angry when they are not (it is called will to power). Some are pragmatic, such as an examination of food safety following outbreaks of illness caused by contaminated peanut butter and spinach. Others are tragic: the death of Army Ranger Pat Tillman and the misleading information the military provided to his family.

4 Americans needlessly died due to incompetence, inaction, and politically motivated refusal to act. The investigations uncovered:
- The Administration KNEW there was a call for Middle East-wide attacks on US installations and yet they still were woefully unprepared: 22 US Embassies were attacked, 2 were completely overrun, and 4 Americans needlessly died.

- Despite knowing and the other nations with personnel in Benghazi removing their people from harm's way, Hillary / the State Department refused to order him out, instead blaming their employee for not making that decision. (Leaders lead and take care of their people - FAIL)

- The Administration was warned well in advance that an Al Qaeida senior member had called for the assassination of Ambassador Stevens for the death of an Al Qaeida leader as a result of a US drone strike the month earlier - the administration / State dept did nothing (except deny additional security and strip members of Ambassador's security detail from his staff)

- Hillary's own e-mails revealed Stephens begged for additional security HUNDREDS of times yet was denied every time - during her questioning she laughed about it and said she thought the hundreds of requests were part of a 'joke' - part of Stephens' 'sense of humor'

- Hillary's own e-mails also revealed she not only denied additional security but also stripped Stephenson, despite the threats, of 14 members of his security detail...after 2 previous terrorist attacks in the weeks leading up to the attack on 9/11/01 that resulted n his death. (WHY did they not pull him out, as the other nations had done with their people, after these 2 attacks? why did they deny him extra security after these attacks? Stephens warned he would die if a 3rd attack happened and he did not have additional security! Why did they take away security after these 2 attacks?)

- Hillary's own e-mails show she KNEW it was a terrorist attack almost immediately. An Ambassador from Tripoli testified that he reported directly to Hillary within an hour of the attack declaring it was a terrorist attack. Her own e-mails show she knew, that she told a foreign Ambassador 'we KNOW the video had nothing to do with it, and it was a terrorist attack'. They show she told her daughter the same thing before lying to the American people.

- It was proven that the CIA's report sent directly to the WH War Room and State Department (within the 1st 2 hours of the attack) calling it a terrorist attack was modified 13 times - stripping it of every reference to 'terrorism' - before releasing it to the public.

This is just a small part of what came out of the investigations, and all of this is what Liberals call 'nothing' that resulted from the investigations.

It has taken too long? Within the LAST SEVERAL MONTHS the State Department was forced to admit they had not turned over all documents related to Benghazi, AND files that had been subpoenaed by the committees were HIDDEN in another office in the State Department AFTER they had been subpoenaed. It has been found that Hillary herself hid many documents - and all of these e-mails, some the State department had to admit she never turned over to them. The obstruction of justice and continued cover-up is what has taken so long.

The flagrant, obvious criminal acts that have been undertaken during this whole scandal is shameful and has been part of the proof that this administration is one of the most scandalous in history -- 70% criminal non-compliance with the FOIA! Obama's entire Presidency has been one embroiled in scandal after scandal, dragged out as long as possible, and fraught with criminal acts that went unpunished, like Holder's multiple counts of Perjury while under oath.

You make fun of Benghazi as a political tactic designed to minimize the impact of the scandal, of the incompetence, ineptitude, and intentional acts of deceit perpetrated to save the political careers of two absolutely worthless politicians who let 4 brave Americans needlessly die. - Set 'monthly', 'annual', and 'total' U.S. deficit-spending records on the way to adding nearly $7 TRILLION in NEW debt over 4 (FOUR) YEARS, nearly DOUBLING that which was credited to Bush. The man's 1st economic bill was the failed nearly $1 Trillion Stimulus bill that contained over 7,000 pieces of self/DNC-serving DNC-Only PORK...that FAILED to do what was promised. It sure handed out the pork to themselves, donors, and friends yet failed to address the crumbling infrastructure, the outdated electrical grid, etc...while stacking the debt and interest onto the backs of our children. In all Obama added more debt than every President from Washington to Clinton COMBINED...but according to Hoyer, head of 1/2 of the The Oversight Congress" ...and libs..."Democrats are the party of fiscal responsibility today".

Again, what came out of the entire tax payer-funded fishing expedition was nothing more than the arrest and imprisoning of one Scooter Libby.
