She is so angry! I wonder what she will do next?
Genocide is taking place live, 24/7 and the public who get all choked up about the Holocaust and the "poor Jews" are all callous and indifferent to Israel's onslaught in Gaza because they see one genocide as immoral and the other as moral, such is the nature of hypocrisy in our fake Christian society.
Those who claim to be Christians, who hear Christ speaking when they read scripture must treat all victims with the same compassion as soon as you become selective in your concern for others you are lost, not a Christian.
You can
deny that Gaza is experiencing genocide, many here do that, a few contrived arguments and doubts about propaganda and it's done, dismiss the issue as tragic but hardly genocide, some here do that and speak that way.
For some that brings comfort, but that's what many Germans did "decent" Germans turned away, denied reality, advanced hypothetical arguments about inferior races and Jewish threat and so on.
To deny that Gaza is experiencing genocide is to deny the Holocaust, the evidence is available, any determined person can soon grasp the situation on the ground, just as we can with the Holocaust, the facts and data and evidence are clear. The
execution of the genocide differs but not the effects on the people, on the victims and families and the heartache at the unbearable national tragedy.
The hapless Palestinian families, children, babies, communities feel loathed, loathed by the world, hated by the powerful nations, hated by the developed "civilized" nations and worst of all the people killing them are Jews, people who suffered genocide too once yet even they have no compassion.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.
In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side.
So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine.
Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two denarii[
c] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”
Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”
Notice how the two who didn't help the victim were a
priest and a Levite those who claimed to understand the law, those who claimed to represent God and his authority, those who provided guidance about right/wrong and God to the community.
Christ's words here tell us that such people are not to be trusted, their views on what is good, when to help etc., are not to be trusted that's why we have God's word, YOU are accountable for YOUR conduct.
