Let's Hear Zelenskyy's Side of the Story - Interview with Brett Baier

Yes, as the one-time and now no longer leader of the West, it was our duty to provide security to Ukraine against Russia.
OK, let’s talk about that. Please answer these two questions:

One, how exactly did we acquire the duty to provide security to Ukraine against Russia? What actions taken by what American leader meant that from then into eternity is our job to protect Ukraine from Russia?

Two if we truly have a duty to protect Ukraine from Russia, why did Joe Biden not do that?

Both Brett Baier and Michael Smerconish said Z made a mistake in not using an interpreter.

That's true.

It is still Trump and Vance who screwed up.

Ukraine and the rest of Europe are fucked now. Do you idiot liberals not get it. 🤣

He just made matters worse with that interview.

The disrespectful little prick has no side. Frankly I'm surprised at Baier for giving him a venue.

Good on Baier.

Good on Starmer.

Simmer down, Trump, and do your job. Muzzle Vance. What an ass.

You idiots don’t get it do you? Midget is heading back to a country that is fucking burnt to the ground basically. And we are pulling the fuck out. Good luck to him.

He sounds reasonable to me. He doesn't want to negotiate with someone who invaded his country and killed so many innocent men, women and children.

Clinton promised Ukraine our defense if they would surrender their nuclear weapons. They upheld their end, we haven't upheld ours. This war would have never happened had Ukraine kept their nuclear weapons.

Putin violated this treaty and nobody seem to say a thing about it.

This is sometime after his meeting with Trump and Vance. Baier asks good questions and gives him time to answer without interruption.

I have some commentary, but I wanted to start clean.

A good listen . . .

I wonder what average everyday Ukrainians think. Would they vote to give up some land to have the war over or would they rather lose all of Ukraine after five more years of going backwards and losing their countryman?

ā€œTrump and Vance berating Zelenskyy – putting on a show of lies and misinformation that would make Putin blush – is an embarrassment for America and a betrayal of our allies. They’re popping champagne in the Kremlin.ā€ Sen. Durbin

A common misperception. Fed by the lying media.

Here is the sum total of what the U.S. under Clinton stated about Ukraine after they gave up their nuclear weapons:

If Ukraine is attacked by a nuclear power, we stated that we will seek immediate UN security counsel action.

That's all. Was it a bad deal? If so, why did Ukraine make a bad deal like that?

I have some ideas, but in this post, I'm stating absolute facts, not opinion.

We have no obligation to defend Ukraine.

Biden was in the WH when Putin did that. Why didn't Biden act decisively to force Putin to stop?

We reaffirmed our commitment to Ukraine.

Trump threw it away yesterday.

No rare earth minerals for you, Donboi.
