Yes , his bold actions prevented nuclear war and started negotiations instead. Remember Nikita Khrushchev taking off his shoe at the United Nations and pounding it on the podium at the United Nations and saying , " We will bury you ! ". That is the sentiment he was dealing with , pure hatred. Amazing we survived those days.

The Euros want in the driver's seat and like Trump has said before, this problem is in their backyard even though they pretty much let us deal with it. Nikita had US missiles with a ten minute flight time to Moscow sitting in Turkey armed and ready to launch.
Ike put them there and Kennedy knew they were there. So Kennedy finds out Russia is doing the same thing in Quber and gets his shorts in a wad.
Kennedy should have taken bold actions to remove those missiles way before Nakita opted to counter the threat to Russia and this would have never happened.
There wasn't much mention that we had missiles in Turkey, by the media for some time. They portrayed Kennedy much like you are now, I did too until I found out the other side of the story.

The Ukrainians were winning the war. Russia didn't even have enough troops left to fight the war anymore ; thus the importing of the North Koreans. Comparing Gaza with the Ukrainian genocide is foolish at best. No comparison. The Ukraine never attacked Russia. This is all one-sided.
Prove they were winning.......did you know USAID was paying for the war news coming out of the Ukraine?
Genocide is still genocide....ask all the Russian and Ukrainian widows and families.
