Here is what you said that is actual fact. The grand Jury gets essentially one side. The US attorney that resigned, as he stated in writing to employees, quit. Maybe he just was not willing to move forward, as we see a lot of a attorneys do all the time.

These facts are not disputed. We in fact do not see career prosecutors quit "all the time" for declining to bring a weak case under pressure from his/her superior because that superior has a well advertised grudge against a potential defendant.

His bank accepted the valuations of the properties on his statement of financial condition. The bank did not have appraisals done.
