I owned Fountain Financial making loans to customers. Only loans on Real Estate. 1. No customer was told to be accurate on property values. We treated every value, no matter what kind, from earnings at work, bills owed and all assets as guesses. We had professionals value what the customer said. Trump got railroaded and if her case was like his, she would also be railroaded. But we did not give rates as cheap on income property as on homes. Reason was we had no control if the place would stay rented or even get rented.
