Letitia James indicted

Show them the application and affidavit signed by her. It really is that simple. The more simple you make the case, the harder it is for a juror to deny it as they will be the one having to defend it in the deliberations when the other jurors jump on her for dragging the thing out.
I don’t know why the government (ie, the U.S. Attorney’s Office) would allow it. But, if she can secure a plea to a mere misdemeanor, she would not automatically lose her license to practice law.

Therefore, based on the strength of the evidence and on the risks associated with any top count conviction, she will have a true incentive to seek such a plea deal.

The prosecution will certainly do that, but the defense will obscure and blame Trump. They only need one juror with TDS to ignore the facts.

The indictment was much easier. There is only one side, the prosecution, making the case. The burden of proof is much lower - more likely than not. And they only need 12 of 23 jurors to agree.

Is Trump above the law? He is to his MAGA asseater's who applaud everything that conman lowlife does, ColonelAnus.

Trump is the worst pile of evil scum who ever held any public office in the history of this country. That coxsucker makes Nixon look like a cub scout.

These indicments of James & Comey are another example of his evilness but you assholes don't care.

Fani Wllis and her trumped-up RICO charges in Atlanta of 19 people.

Then there is this and the possibility of a future indictment.

That happened to Trump.

Trump had a trial where we saw all the evidence and it was 100% clear that he did indeed massively inflate his net worth.
Bullshit. Judge Engeron had no clue what the property values were. We saw LAWFARE.

The Manhattan judge deciding Donald Trump’s fate at his civil fraud trial Monday stood by the $18 million valuation of the former president’s sprawling Mar-a-Lago estate — despite real estate experts blasting the estimate as “utterly delusional.”
Justice Arthur Engoron again rejected Trump’s claims that Mar-a-Lago is worth $1 billion in favor of the much lower valuation issued by local Florida officials.
The only real defense was “everyone lies”, which is hardly a defense.
Do you think these prosecutions are based on good solid evidence?
We will see.

That’s false. There was ample testimony which included the valuations from credible appraisers which Trump inflated by a factor of 5x or more.

LIAR. From my link above:

I actually still believe in juries when the evidence is going to be that straight forward. I have seen quotes from jurors in some high profile cases and they seem to often say "Well I was skeptical, and then...." They all seem to be able to point to one thing that made all the difference for them and other jurors. If she signed the docs, I would be finding some other way to try to spin it like "Well I intended to move in when I signed those, but then I became concerned about security once I got to spend some time at the property" or something like that.

New York Attorney General Letitia James was indicted in federal court on Thursday as President Donald Trump’s Justice Department continues to pursue charges against his political opponents.

Specific details not yet available, but it sounds like mortgage fraud. Oh what a tangled web we weave.

I saw the evidence against Trump. What evidence have you seen against Comey?
What evidence did you see against Trump?

Comey was open in his hate for Trump.
Obama provided the evidence.

Where are the Epstein files?

I think you guys know these prosecutions are doomed. Your real goal is to just make people suffer through the process.

And that’s corrupt.
