You can legally claim one house as a primary residence, and a week later decide to move.
You do NOT get a tax break on a primary residence, and you DO get huge tax breaks on rentals.
For example, you can write off depreciation, taxes, utilities, and repairs on rentals, but not on your residence.

So you are saying she committed multiple felonies for not much benefit. She really is a moron.

The value of an asset is not set in stone. One person's view of its value is not the same as another's. Value is in the eye of the beholder. Trump valued his property at a certain level and the bank was ok with his assessment.

Trump supposedly did lie about the size of his personal residence, but the size of his residence wasnt a major factor in the loan, nor did it give him better loan rates.

James on the other hand lied in order to pay less interest on the loan. She effectively stole money from her lender. Thats the difference.
