The supply chain is already fucked up enough without jailing and/or yanking the credentials of thousands of truckers.....Doing so would exacerbate the problem by magnitudes, and everyone would know who to blame.

I agree, I think any ticket with Dasantos at the top will spell doom for the Left. Problem with Trump is there is resistance inside the GOP to him at the highest levels including Mc Connell. Trump can play kingmaker to Desantis and guide and support him from behind the scenes.
