Legendary pilot Chuck Yeager dead at 97

Dec 7 2020 Chuck Yeager died. Apologies if it was posted before. I just saw it in my American Legion magazine.

Never too late. Today he would be 103.

Yeager lived a full an exciting life. I am sorry that he is gone, but this happens to all of us. Years ago, I heard a story that he aimed his machine straight up and floored it. It resonated with me. I loved it! My response was GO CHUCK!
