They were formed to fight terrorism and keep us safe.
Trump transformed them into a private Army to invade our cities

They were formed to bring more control over the citizens. you did that when you were in control. You are making sure ICE are the monsters with illegals. We spent trillions of dollars up to the point 9/11 happened on our central government alphabet security/law enforcement/spy agencies. Only morons would have let that happen.
