Most states have a law stating all precincts MUST report the total number of votes cast within 24 hours after the polls close. (Not for each candidate, but the total votes cast).

So many judges in different states are allowing mail-in ballots to be accepted X days after election day. Which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to report the total number of votes cast within 24 hours.

These new rulings make it impossible to follow the law.

How can that stand?

I don't have a link...I heard it reported during the election theft in broward county (florida) 2 years ago.

It had been weeks and they still had not reported the total number of votes cast...it was a big deal.

Remember when Floridians couldn't fill out a ballot and they had to go through each and every ballot looking for hanging chads. That took weeks after the election to give a correct number.

The supreme court stopped it, florida ran out of time

I'm saying the rulings by the judges in the past few days to accept ballots 3 days after election day make it impossible to follow existing law.

Ain't the repub's gonna challenge these new rulings?
