The DNC has total legal control of their party. They choose the candidate. That is the unquestionable fact, and any complaints about the method used are immaterial. Anybody can bring a law suit for any reason, and this lady can certainly do that, but if she or anyone else is not satisfied with the choice of the party, or the method used to determine the candidate, they will just have to get over it. The RNC works the same way. I'm sure lots of RWNJs who weren't involved in the DNC choice of candidate in any way will be up in arms about this, but they don't matter anyway.
