Sure. Let the victims of gun violence sue the gun makers and gun stores.
you'd be AMAZED how quickly they'll clean up their act.
for what?Let the victims of gun violence sue the gun makers and gun stores.
Do you really believe that the people in marketing at Smith & Wesson target people who are mentally ill or criminals?
How did you come to this conclusion?
Thanks,
Exactly where did you find this ad? You had to look for it!
Were you in Great Britain? Try reading.I was never required to keep my gun at a gun club.
I guess you don't know that he was referring to the UK, dumbass! It's US Message Board, Not Limey Forums.

For marketing them to people who have no business having them.for what?
making a working firearm?
So no mention of guns,
So no mention of guns, and it talks about the militia being well-regualted. (Which is how the courts interpreted it for over 200 years.
For marketing them to people who have no business having them.
The problem being, the right to keep and bear arms was given top the people. So no mention of guns, and it talks about the militia being well-regualted.
They market them to criminals? For marketing them to people who have no business having them.
joe is outstanding in his field. It addresses “arms.” Those ARE guns, you imbecile.
Perhaps it is because he is mentally ill or a criminal?

I don't really see this silly advertisement as an appeal to criminals or the mentally ill.
It seems to appeal to those who are uncertain about their "manliness" like teenagers or those who are generally insecure.
What in this advertisement do you see anything that would appeal to the criminal element or the mentally ill?
You're kidding, right? That ad (which was key to the Sandy Hook suit against Remington where Remington paid out 73 million) is not for sane people. Anyone who thinks a gun is going to restore his "Manliness" has serious issues.
I prefer not to insult others but to suggest that the marketing departments of America's major gun makers are appealing to to the mentally ill and criminals is just absurd.
