stay at home moms always face this..my home was the hub for summer activities and injuries...perhaps this is what is meant by blind justice....no variations in the rules etc.

I agree 100%. I know that I might be quite aggressive if the government chooses tio butt into my life wherre I am serving other people. You can count on me to speak loudly and harshly when this government steps out of bounds as they did in this case.

I agree with you, Gunny- This is absolutely ridiculous.. The difference between a day care and a friend is that a day care charges money- a friend does it for free. (relatively speaking, of course- friendships tend to be symbiotic in nature, but that is beside the point, lol)

Its like the gov't is trying to regulate friendship..
