The last working power unit has been switched off at the Russia-controlled Zaporozhye nuclear power plant
Russia's explanation is that it was necessary for Safety reasons while the Ukraine persists in bombing and threatening.
But the Ukraine insists that it was for reasons that will harm their civilian infrastructure.
