Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

You obviously aren't paying attention to the evidence.

Event 1: Rittenhouse was struck with rock(s)

Event 2: Rittenhouse was struck twice with a skateboard.

Event 3: Rosenbaum charged Rittenhouse and attempted to take his firearm.

Event 4: Rittenhouse fired his weapon in self-defense.

Furthermore:

None of that alters what I said.

Kyle Rittenhouse is not a thug.
Kyle Rittenhouse is a dumb teenager who has watched too much right wing media and their propaganda. As a result, the kid could spend years in prison. Just like the January 6th seditionists who bought into far right bull shit.
Being young and naïve, he bought in to the false story that you need a big powerful gun to be safe. He bought into the dangerous propaganda that when the government does do what you would like, you take the law into your own hands.
Rittenhouse had no clue on the ramifications of carrying a semi-automatic rifle in public. He did not comprehend how deadly the weapon is. He did not understand how others would approach him while carrying a semi-automatic at a demonstration.

Most of the far right are like Rittenhouse. They have no idea about the damage being done to our country by their propaganda.

The far right and the far left are both horrific. They are like illegal drugs, they ruin many lives.
I understand it very well. Perhaps your side should STFU and Burning and looting and Murdering for POLITICS.

Good Idea. Tell your side to just STFU.....We are tired of your LIES and BS.

That place was the dang Wild Wild West ...........What the hell are you smoking. Everyone was armed around there.
The Dembot cult doesn’t like it when someone stands up to their brownshirts…and they don’t like when the judicial branch steps in and the facts undermine their cult leader joey xiden’s lies and propaganda about the event

they didn’t seem that intimated when they chased him down with their own guns.

try again

Wrong.
Only one of the 3 shot had a gun, and it is likely he was never going to pull the trigger on that even.
Rittenhouse was chased AFTER he started shooting and made himself a deadly threat.

as i said chased down with a gun…the others threw other missiles at him

and likely? haha well we will never know and someone doesn’t have to wait to find out

And if the police shot and killed every one openly armed, no one could complain.
Jesus dude..........put down the pipe and back away from the drugs...........Call rehab. You are toast

I agree this armed person should be arrested or shot.
Normally that is what police would do.
You can't go walking around in a riot with an open weapon.

His only violation was he was armed in public as a minor. However if an adult, yes he could have walked around with a weapon. Wisconsin is an open carry state.

The whole family enabled this lying little shit in his Call of Duty fueled fantasies. He's lucky the video of him beating up and punching a girl was inadmissable, as was his bold talk of wanting to shoot looters in the drug store.

What I just heard you say: "I can't be bothered knowing actual things; I'm much too busy knowing the talking points I was given! Now believe these lies the way I do!"

I doubt the judge will grant a mistrial, at this point the only person to benefit from a mistrial is the prosecutor. I think the judge will let the trial play out, but if the jury responds to the prosecutor’s misconduct and returns a guilty verdict, the judge will override it and direct that a not guilty verdict be rendered. I think the judge wants the prosecutor punished for his insolence and unethical conduct and letting him lose the case is just the start of punishing the prosecutor.

Incorrect. If the judge grants the mistrial the defense asked for - with prejudice - then Kyle walks free and can't be prosecuted for this incident again.

I don't believe the judge has the ability to override the jury's verdict, whatever reason he thinks they had for rendering it.

The weapons charge is a separate case. That has not been adjudicated and has nothing to do with this trial.

Rittenhouse said it himself in his testimony. There was no violence. It wasn't like the previous nights. Just a couple of dumpster fires. Things were so boring, that he went out looking for "people to help" with his friend - and his gun. When the danger to the place he was "protecting" was over, he went elsewhere to find the trouble.

Rittenhouse also told you about the violence that DID happen that night in his testimony, ie. the moments in which he was assaulted and had to defend himself. Or did your talking points forget to tell you to "know" about those facts?

If you were anyone else, I'd ask if you were always this stupid or if you hit your head really hard. Since you're you, I know that you really are always this stupid.

Any other hilarious delusions that you "know" about?

I just got off the phone with one of my best friends who is a trial attorney. He said the prosecutor is intentionally trying to get a mistrial.

Binger using the 5th amendment AGAINST Kyle is not something a prosecutor does accidentally. It was on purpose to get a mistrial. Binger does not want this to go to jury.

Not sure how that benefits the DA's office, since it makes them look incompetent. I believe it also goes on their win/loss record as a loss.

Also, the defense has asked for a mistrial with prejudice. If the judge grants it, the DA's office can't bring this for prosecution again.
