Trials are won and lost on jury selection, especially in political trials.

All it takes is one hate filled Left Wing Moon Bat on the jury to prevent him from being found not guilty with a hung jury. Several Moon Bat assholes and a few weak other jury members could get the guilty verdict.

We are living in Bizarro World now and there are a lot of stupid confused Moon Bat people. We see them posting on this thread, don't we?

These stupid uneducated low information Moon Bat dipshits will claim that Kyle is guilty simply because he was in possession of one of those evil Black Rifles.

Anyone on the jury who is not a moon bat MUST hold out and not get strong-armed into a guilty verdict. It's the only way to stop it.

I am still waiting for a directed verdict. That's REALLY what needs to happen here.

I want to know why his mental state wasn't open for review. Myself watched most of the video with him in camera and he was the only nut job in any of the videos. Only him. No one else. And, he isn't a kenosha resident.

Originally it wasn't until the prosecutor opened that line of information as to it being relevant...
It's the prosecutor's witness....the defense might know all about it but can't bring it up until the prosecutor does.

And the prosecutor accidentally opened that can of worms. Couldn't have been discussed in front of the jury by the defense until the prosecutor asked about it. Otherwise it's considered exculpatory information.

"I ain’t even gonna name the people that I know that’s up in the Kenosha trial. But it’s cameras in there. It’s definitely cameras up in there. There’s definitely people taking pictures of the juries and everything like that," said Rice in a video.

"We know what’s going on, so we need the same results, man. We need the same results," added Rice, who went on to name a list of people for whom he demands "justice."

Defense just got the Coroner to testify that Dead-guy #2 pulled the barrel with his hand into is body after hitting Kyle with the skateboard.

He just got told the jury that 2nd dead dude just grabbed the barrel and pulled it into him and put himself in the line of fire.

"Suicide by stupidity"

Grabbing the barrel would have pulled the rifle forward and activated the trigger if Kyles finger was on the trigger. I can see this being introduced by defense later on to introduce doubt.

Either way, this is as painful to the Prosecution as anything.

That puts way too much pressure on the Judge to not grant a directed verdict, but he could grant a JNOV. I would ask for everything. Give the judge every opportunity to shut it down.

Binger said Rittenhouse’s affiliation with the Proud Boys, the fight and the video show Rittenhouse’s propensity toward violence. He described Rittenhouse as a “chaos tourist” and “teenage vigilante” who came to Kenosha looking for trouble.
