Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

And when this somehow managed to “provoke” Rosenbaum (if it did), then Rosenbaum must have instantly done something that Rittenhouse considered a basis to shoot him. What did it provoke Rosenbaum to do? What was the Rosenbaum reaction to the alleged provocation.

take you time.
I love it, the prosecution just tried to paint Rittenhouse as a bully because he wasn't willing to fight Rosenbaum mano a mano, and Rosenbaum was smaller than Kyle.

The defense summation is pretty good so far. I’m curious about when he addresses how the prosecutor slooooooooooowed down the videos. I hope he plays it in real time.

overall he is beating the snot out of the prosecutor.
In his closing the prosecutor keeps trying to convince the jury that Rittenhouse had all the time in the world to make decisions and that the last three shots he fired at Rosenblum were unnecessary. I hope the jury remembers that all four shots happened in three quarters of a SECOND.

Prosecutor is lying again, saying guns don't have handedness.

I saw lefties shoot M-16s in the service, the brass ejected right into their face. Guns are certainly handed.

Here's a look at a different picture of Kyle pointing a gun at Rosenbaum:

This big guy’s delivery makes him look like this is maybe his third trial. Let me check my notes. Better scribble some shit on my legal pad. Check notes again. Make some shit up. Scribble scribble.

It's patently childish.

I don’t imagine the jury is engaged by this droning rebuttal summation. I’d be shocked if they find it even marginally persuasive, too.

Well...one thing is clear...

No deliberations today...

However...
The prosecutor is spending too much time with stories and imaginative narrative. Especially about how he should have run away when there's no obligation to run away.

The defense reviewed testimony and evidence.

It's going to take longer to fill out the paperwork than make up their minds.

Let me 'spain this.

The first M-16s (Colt Model 601 and 602s) that were issued were designed for right handed shooters and would eject brass into the face of left handed shooters.

The Colt Model 603s (M16-A1) had a brass deflector that would deflect the brass away from the face of left handed shooters. Most of the M-16s issued in Vietnam were 603s.

Nowadays there are a couple of companies that manufacture ARs that eject the brass from the left side. I built one for my son that is right handed but is left eye dominate. He holds the rifle like a left handed shooter and it is better to have the brass eject from the left.

There are left handed ARs.

I did know that the ejector port is on one side of an automatic firearm. But I had no idea that guns could have a handedness.

Not to mention getting kicked out of the room while the judge sorts out the prosecutions missteps. I’d say at this point the jury just wants the trial over with so they can deliberate. The prosecutor is annoying with his jumping around and complaints about the defense being meanies. I watched the whole defense closing, but couldnt stand listening to the prosecution.

Not sure why you think I can speak for a dead man who didn't speak for himself? Regardless of what his intentions were, he was entitled himself to use self defense.

The ones I shot were A-1s and that brass deflector didn’t deflect very well.

I used to be cross- dominant, you still hold like a rightie, you just have to adjust your sights to compensate.

He is eviscerating the feeble and ethically challenged prosecutors hideous argument.

this just has to be an acquittal.
I think the most likely outcome is a hung jury.
