She's a Brit who works for a monetary policy think tank in Chicago. One report says they have been friends for a while but another quotes his brother:

"I think they met a couple of months ago, maybe a little more," Gary Kucinich said. "I haven't received a wedding invitation yet. But I've met her and she's wonderful, smart and intelligent."
