I raised my daughter to take care of herself. That includes avoiding pregnancy.

When my kids were 9, 10 and 12, I bought a large box of condoms, removed a few (without counting) and put them in a bowl in the cupboard. I have been there. I am still there, in some ways. I live close to subsidized housing. There are plenty of latinos in the complex, from what I have seen. They bring their kids Trick or Treating in our neighborhood. Seem like nice folks. But then, no one in our neighborhood threatens them or talks shit about them.

Two Revere women are now facing charges in the alleged attack on a mother and her teenage daughter because they were speaking Spanish while in Maverick Square, East Boston on Feb. 15.

Jenny Leigh Ennamorati, 25, is being charged with two counts of assault and battery, both misdemeanors, two counts of violating constitutional rights with bodily injury, both felonies, and one felony count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon: shod foot. I’m sure you are a great father, and you have some good intentions, I just wish you would listen to people from communities struggling.
