No one has any idea if he declassified any of those documents and all indications point towards no. Given they were presidential records, property of the US government, he didn’t actually have a right to hold them.

Even more importantly, he received a subpoena for those documents because of an ongoing investigation. Regardless of any disagreement with the above, he couldn’t hide them from the government after the court ordered them to be turned over.

Two, despite having plenty of opportunity and despite being directly asked during the legal proceedings, Trump never stated on record that they were declassified, which is a pretty weird thing to do when your entire belief system is based on them being declassified.

The FBI raided Mar a Lago and found dozens and dozens of classified documents. That happened. Trump called state legislators and told them to replace their electors for him. That happened.
