"Kilmar Abrego Garcia is alive and secure but is under the sovereign, domestic authority of El Salvador"

The judges order was prior to the planes taking off, it doesn't matter if it was written or verbal.

Try going to court and getting a verbal offer from the Judge and telling the Judge you won't comply until he puts it in writting.

Guarenteed you won't like the results.

WW
In this case, it's the President of El Salvador that won't comply. What do you think should be done to the President of El Salvador?

Not pay him $6,000,000.

WW
That paying certainly isn't for Kilmar Garcia. He's not worth $6,000,000. El Slavador is paid for taking their criminals back and incarcerating them. It's is an excellent solution to dealing with El Salvadoran criminals. You do realize that Garcia is an El Salvadoran national?

If he's under the soverign, domestic authority of the counry of El Salvador.

Why are US taxpayers paying El Salvador to house him?

If the US prisoners that the US transferred to El Salvador are under their soverign and domestic authority, cancel the $6,000,000 we're paying to house them.

WW
foreign aid, to help them fight narco-terrorism.

What's wrong with foreign aid all the sudden? What's wrong with fighting narco-terrorist?

What crime did Garcia commit?
He was here illegally. He was identified as a gang member in 2019 and ordered deported.

According to Abrego-Garcia's attorneys, in 2019, a confidential informant "had advised that Abrego Garcia was an active member" of the gang MS-13. He later filed an I-589 application for asylum and although Abrego Garcia was found removable, an immigration judge "granted him withholding of removal to El Salvador."

As a foundation, you do not believe that entering this country without authorization is a crime at all. It is. The investigation should be into the judge that ordered the deportation order withheld.

Is being in the US illegally a crime in El Salvador?

I call it a bargain, the best we've ever had, to paraphrase Peter Townsend.

The left does not want any fight against narco-terrorism. They want a narco-terrorist take over. The left wants the Tren de Aragua takeover of apartment buildings. They want unrestricted drug sales. They want cartel violence. Once you understand that, everything else becomes clear.

IIRC, Abrego Garcia is the only El Salvadorian detainee. The reset are from Venezuela, if you think that we're paying $6,000,000 to El Salvador to detain El Salvadorian US Detainees, you are mistaken.

You do realize that Garcia is an El Salvadoran national?

Yes, you realize that a Judge in 2019 barred the US from sending him to El Salvador because he was running away from gangs and they would likely kill him if he returned?

WW

What is the punishment for that?
Read it it's in the link....with that said, he wasn't even punished for it, that's how gracious we are, we simply deported him home. Which of course is a seperate civil consequence to illegal entry

Except that isn't what it is.

It's been described in the media and court documents as a contract for detaining US prisoners.

To late to try to change it now.

It's not "foreign aid" it's contract services.

El Salvador has an absolute right to detain any El Salvadoran citizen they want.

The Judge in 2019 is, of course, an absolute FOOL. There is plenty of MS-13 gang members here because, MS-13 is an AMERICAN GANG that was born in AMERICA. There are more MS-13 gang members here than in El Salvador. MS-13 kills as easily, if not more easily here than in any other country including El Salvador.

The court said he shouldn’t have been deported and is welcome back. In fact, the court said they have to help him return.

Why can’t he?

of course it is, it's foreign aid to help run a max prison to hold narco-terrrorist.
