"Kilmar Abrego Garcia is alive and secure but is under the sovereign, domestic authority of El Salvador"

It is not that’s ridiculous
You dont' like our laws? This one was passed under Bill Clinton:

Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRAIRA or IIRIRA

According to the American Immigration Council:

WHO MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE EXPEDITED REMOVAL PROCESS?
A person can be placed in the expedited removal process at a U.S. port of entry if they
do not have valid entry documents or if they try to enter the country through fraud or
misrepresentation.

If the U.S. facilitates his coming to the U.S. as required by the USSC ruling, it will be through a port of entry.

He won't have valid entry documents, unless the State Department issues them, which seems highly unlikely, I'm sure you'd agree.

That is not the due process described by the Supreme Court

The court ruled that he be given prior notice and and an opportunity to defend himself in court

If he's under the soverign, domestic authority of the counry of El Salvador.

Why are US taxpayers paying El Salvador to house him?

If the US prisoners that the US transferred to El Salvador are under their soverign and domestic authority, cancel the $6,000,000 we're paying to house them.

WW

granted a protective order by a U.S. immigration judge in 2019 that shielded him from deportation to El Salvador

married to a U.S. citizen

These two things alone mean Trump was wrong to deport him and Trump needs to get him back. If he doesn't, it's as bad as Ben Ghazi. Worse. Trump fucked over a guy who was legally here in the USA. Why don't Republicans care? Because he wasn't born here?

Republicans are nazi's. See? They would do such horrible things and not even feel bad about it. The White House are being total assholes about this. As if they know this guy was a bad guy. Sure doesn't seem like it. Don't really think we should just take Trump's word on anything.

Trump fucked over his American wife too. And if he did it to them and has this attitude, we should all be worried.

Most likely, the administration offered to fly him back on US, or US chartered, aircraft..
That's about as facilitated as you can get.
Great. What’s the hold up then?

What's the judge gonna do now? Order in the United States Marines? LOL

Despite all the claims of sainthood he's MS13...
Naturally his family is going to deny it.
El Salvador has been dealing with this for the past 5 years.
They know who this guy is.... That's where he comes from.

Why because he had on a Bulls hat??

Trump has the responsibility for snatching and railroading this guy in the first place.
The Court instructed him to fixit.
The supreme court confirmed the district court's order to facilitate his release.
The court remanded the order back to the district court for clarification of its order to effectuate his return.

Do you understand the difference in the terms?

Garcia left El Salvador in 2011.

That face that the president of El Salvador won’t allow him to leave the country demonstrates that Trump is making deals with authoritarians who violate human rights.
