Trump administration now plans to deport Abrego Garcia to Eswatini, Africa

Ok. Even though we probably have 50 million of our own born citizens who might not meet your standard.

To me, it looks like the administration charged Garcia with crimes they know he did not commit or they can not prove....(which breaks justice regs of not bringing any indictments on those they know they won't get a conviction on....)

And the admin is just being dick heads because they were called out by the courts for illegally defying a Court order and illegally shipping him to ElSalvador, only having to bring him back...and the games Trump admin played with that....and charging him with crimes based on guys testimony that were incarcerated and being deported of which the trump admin cancelled their deportation for their testimony...

Come on warmose....the admin has been using and abusing this illegal guy as an example to get you all excited....

They don't have any proof that will stand up in court if it goes to trial for what they accused him of.....just to keep him in jail and defy the judge's order to return him to his status prior to being illegally deported to ElSalvador by the admin.

Shipping him to Africa for how long? The crime of illegal entry, if convicted for it in the USA is 6 months.... Under GWB and before immigration reform passed, it was only a civil offense, equivalent to a minor driving violation.....

I do NOT want our govt to abuse their power like this....on to anyone....it makes our justice, unjust....and that's bad for the country overall imo.
Garcia took part in human smuggling. He drove a vehicle belonging to a known human smuggler to law enforcement.

Finally out of options.

An immigration judge denied Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s motion to reopen his deportation case, dealing a major blow to the alleged MS-13 gangbanger’s bid to remain in the U.S.
_____________
“With today’s ruling, Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s final order of removal stands,” DHS stated on social media. “This MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, domestic abuser, and child predator will never be loose on American streets.”

“His lawyers tried to fight his removal from the U.S. but one thing is certain, this Salvadoran man is not going to be able to remain in our country,” DHS continued. “He will never be allowed to prey on innocent Americans again.”

‘After the Trump administration previously said it would seek to remove Kilmar Abrego Garcia back to El Salvador if a judge granted his attorneys' request to reopen his immigration case, the government said on Friday it now plans to deport him to Eswatini, Africa.
[…]
In response, Abrego Garcia's attorneys sent an email to ICE notifying the agency that Abrego Garcia also "expresses a fear of torture and persecution upon removal to Eswatini."

"Third-country nationals previously removed from the United States to Eswatini have all been detained in extremely harsh and tortuous conditions; that country has a well-documented record of human rights violations," his attorneys said. "[And] to our knowledge, Eswatini has offered no guarantees that it will not promptly deport Mr. Abrego Garcia to El Salvador where he already experienced torture and will experience torture again."’

This is madness, absolutely insane – Trump’s bizarre obsession with this is pathological, hateful, and cruel.

Further proof Trump is unfit to be president.
We are going to see some DUE PROCESS and the MAGAs are going to stamp their feet and shout and pout :aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh:

Kilmar Abrego Garcia may have been charged because of Trump administration’s vindictiveness, judge finds

A federal judge says he believes the immigrant defendant Kilmar Abrego Garcia, whom the administration wrongly sent to El Salvador, may have been targeted with a criminal charge by the Justice Department this year out of vindictiveness.

“The Government had a significant stake in retaliating against Abrego’s success” suing the Trump administration after his wrongful removal to El Salvador in March, Judge Waverly Crenshaw Jr. of the Middle District of Tennessee wrote on Friday. “The Court finds Abrego has sufficiently presented some evidence that the Government had a stake in retaliating against him for exercising his rights in the Maryland suit and deterring him from continuing to exercise those rights.”

The finding sets up another round of court proceedings where Abrego Garcia’s lawyers will be able to dig into the Justice Department’s decision-making this year. They are attempting to have two criminal charges he faces in the Tennessee federal court dismissed and seek evidence that may show the Trump administration’s approach has been improper.

Yeah he may have been…normal people have that feeling about terrorist that engage in human trafficking

His case was presented to a grand jury, a grand jury indicted him…that’s due process

The fact you are cheering for an illegal alien gang banger that beats women and traffics kids speaks volumes
