After being impeached in the house --- which he will be --- if the vote in the senate to convict was secret, he'd be gone in a heartbeat.

With that said, the entire senate could go over to the WH and tell him that he needs to just go, and they would still have to drag that narcissist out screaming and crying.

Pence would, however, be under investigation from the first minute he took the oath. He might not want to deal with that, particularly as the D's would have blood in the water already. My guess is that he would probably quit shortly after being sworn in. As a retired President, he would get a library and secret service in perpetuity.
