I am unaware of ANYBODY spreading disinformation that was investigated, arrested, indicted or prosecuted during the Trump years despite all the malicious disinformation that we knew was being spread mostly by the left out there. So something that happened before the 2016 election was prosecuted by the Biden administration in 2021 when Mackey was arrested. And that call Trump the fascist.

This deceptive image was written in Spanish and mimicked a font used by the Clinton campaign in authentic ads. This case was investigated by the FBI.
