Keeping Trump off the ballot disenfranchises NO ONE

If SCOTUS found he was under 35, not a naturalized citizen or had not been resident for 14 years, would you all be disenfranchised? Would THAT be election interference? Ever hear the line "ignorance of the law is no excuse"? That you - and most of us - were unfamiliar with 14/3 doesn't mean we get to skip it. It's the F-ing Constitution. Biden isn't doing this. These are American citizens bringing suit in court. The courts are looking at the law.
Who is "insurrection" referring to in the Constitution?

So far best cry baby Dem thread of 2024. Dem Nazi's are not going to keep Trump off the ballot, pull up your wet panties Dems.

he didnt commit insurrection .
Historically, support for an insurrection wrt 14/3 was determined by civil action. Such civil action in Colorado and Maine resulted in his removal from the ballots there. The same can take place in other states. SCOTUS could rule that he cannot be removed from the ballot, that he should be removed from the ballot or that it is up to each state to decides.

Apparently. a state official can define it however he wants, and then unilaterally determine if someone participated in one.
Those state officials are about to get educated by the US Supreme Court.

There was no insurrection. It was a protest of an election.

As discussed above, the disqualification clause was originally intended to keep people out of office who were part of the Confederacy.
The little bitty part you overlooked was those people who were part of the Confederacy participated in a declared insurrection by congress and Lincoln.
So the 14th directly applies to them.
I can't find anything on a declared insurrection by congress or Biden....legal opinions don't count.
So hotrod will you kill for him.
Interesting question. Where do you live?

shall have engaged in insurrection

You reassert this often. In that case, can you add clarity here by further qualifying your stance? Which org or which body or which entity made an official, legally-binding determination causing you to feel Mr. Trump is an insurrectionist?
iow
Which force or which entities, have made it legal to deem him as an insurrectionist ineligible to run for the Presidency?

Trumps not the incumbent Einstein ... but he is polling higher than he was even before the brief riot on jan 6th and he's beating Briben badly in battle ground states !
That's irrelevant to the topic of this thread. Section 3 of the 14th amendment is simply another criteria to run for president which Trump certainly appears to fail. If he is removed from ballots due to it, it will disenfranchise no one because he disqualified himself from running by his choices and actions on the 6th of January, 2021 and before.

Section 3 is referring to the Civil War Confederacy.

It's good to know right off that bat that you're that stupid.

Says the man who thinks Trump should have overthrown the 2020 election.

We have the US Constitution to stand on you ignorant scumsucking piece of bantu shit

No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and VicePresident, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, oras a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to supportthe Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against thesame, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds ofeach House, remove such disability.

Does that make you feel better about that embarrassment between your legs?

I would have thought that even someone as mentally handicapped as you would have figured out by now how threats on an anonymous discussion board come across. Poorly.
Anyone who doesn't know by now that the fake insurrection wasn't staged on purpose is too stupid and ignorant for me to bother to hold a conversation with.

**** off you ******* ingrate.

...support for an insurrection wrt 14/3 was determined by civil action...

Do you have links that can provide additional info on this circumstance?

Also, do you think that if it is left to mere "civil action" --then how many states can you estimate that will start concocting 14th Amendment reasons to remove Biden from the ballot via his alleged conduct in the White House from 2014-2016?

15th post
Keep in mind that when Trump gets stopped before or because of the election he will ask his followers to kill for him and they will, every right winger here should be asked if they will kill for him, when he asks them to.So big guy will you kill for him when asked?
you're stuttering

Don't waste your time.

We can show idiots like this all of the evidence for weeks and they'll just repeat that there is no evidence.

What does the constitution say that disqualifies Trump, and what evidence, besides feelings, is there to support the language?
No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and VicePresident, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, oras a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to supportthe Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against thesame, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Support what language? Amendments to the US Constitution? Majority decisions in at least three-fourths of the states. The 14th Amendment was fully ratified on July 28, 1868. It's primary purpose was extending civil rights to the nation's former slaves.

The constitution doesn’t disqualify Trump. He’s fully eligible to run.
We'll find out, won't we.

If he was disqualified, do you think any US voters would be disenfranchised by it?
