We have free elections. The very prescence of law enforcement negaates free elections.

How does law enforcement negate free elections? Seems to me that law enforcement could preclude illegals from casting illegitimate votes which ensures a Democrat influenced free election.

In Texas, local police routinely are at polling stations to maintain the peace. You don't notice them unless you actively look for them. Feds - never seen one.

Democrats are no fans of ICE being anywhere but keeping ICE away from polling places is a top priority - to the point they are willing to keep DHS shut down if this demand is not met.

If you think about it, Democrats insist and are certain illegals don’t vote in elections. If ICE is putting any effort to be near polling places during an election, that’s fewer resources to go after illegals elsewhere. Couple this with Democrats concern over illegals being left off voter registration polls and SAVES Act passage.

Well for one place, police in Minneapolis specifically said that the city had ostensibly tied their hands in overtly ordering them NOT to cooperate with ICE nor lend them any of the usual support in keeping regular citizens out of police zones while ICE was making arrests that would have kept people like Good and Pretti out of their hair and saved both their lives.

Only federal troops are forbidden from interfering in our free election process. With good reason , especially with all the lawlessness that is occurring with this administration
