ICE operates in all 50 states as well as the US external possessions.
The only place you hear of any trouble with their enforcement of the law are those areas where Democrats chose to openly and physically oppose that enforcement.

It isn't an illegal order to go in and arrest illegal aliens especially ones committing crimes. THAT IS KINDA THEIR JOB.

Democrats are no fans of ICE being anywhere but keeping ICE away from polling places is a top priority - to the point they are willing to keep DHS shut down if this demand is not met.

If you think about it, Democrats insist and are certain illegals don’t vote in elections. If ICE is putting any effort to be near polling places during an election, that’s fewer resources to go after illegals elsewhere. Couple this with Democrats concern over illegals being left off voter registration polls and SAVES Act passage.

You cannot prove a negative, as there is no record, but a look at the lack of legal charges taken to court, tells the story. It is up to you to prove illegals are voting in a statistically significant number somewhere. In Texas, local police routinely are at polling stations to maintain the peace. You don't notice them unless you actively look for them. Feds - never seen one.
