Or you can't get an abortion unless there are sixteen board-certified Christian neurosurgeons in the building. Something. Whatever. But it will start with a state level law.

It will be immediately challenged. ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Satan, et al. v. Texas.

Five conservative Supreme Court justices will uphold the state law. And that's the end of Roe v. Wade.
