Justice Department indicts former FBI Director James Comey for a second time

What facts does DOJ have that you're privy to?
We are privy to the weaponization of the DoJ under this administration, where they seek to punish Trump's enemies.

If the information in the memos wasn't classified when the IG did their report, that's not going to change.

Yeah, under Biden for sure.
Show Biden ever telling his Attorney General to go after his political enemies like Trump did.

I'm sure Biden didn't coordinate with his WH counsel office at any time regarding going after Trump.
They appointed a special prosecutor to keep these decisions outside of political considerations.

You just solved the case. He didn't have authority to have classified documents at his home.
The memos weren't classified until well after they were written, at which point in time Comey immediately returned them to the government.

Nothing to solve because there is no case.

Forget about Comey leaking to get a SP assigned?
You're confusing Jack Smith and Robert Mueller.

Jack Smith was appointed during the Biden administration.

Robert Mueller was appointed in the Trump administration.

Nothing to solve because there is no case.
Except for the on classified memo in his home safe and most likely the other documents he had at home.

If you think so, call Todd Blanche.

Robert Mueller was appointed in the Trump administration.
I know after he tweaked the system.
