So far, Rand Paul and Bernie Sanders have come out in support of the ruling. It will be interesting to see what the other candidates have to say.

Not really, the court refused to intervene...Good news!
Hr 3361 I find would be much more reasonable. It is going to be something to stay tuned in to, and all need to contact their reps to let them know how they feel.It's easy to see this ruling being sidestepped by having Congress explicitly legalize the NSA's actions.
