As most here know, when Karen Pence, wife of Vice President Mike Pence, recently volunteered at a private Christian school, Immanuel Christian School in Springfield, Virginia, many liberals went nuts because the school's moral code prohibits homosexual conduct. One of the schools in that Immanuel's sports league has now said it won't allow its students to take part in sporting events at Immanuel because the gay and lesbian students might not feel "safe," even though there were no problems with their participation at events at Immanuel before.
Humm, I'm curious: If Mrs. Pence volunteered at a traditional private Muslim school, which would likewise ban homosexual conduct, would liberals react in the same way? Every traditional Muslim school in America has a moral code similar to the moral codes at private Christian schools.
Using Lady Gaga's logic, it is "discrimination" for any religion to stipulate that gays and lesbians cannot be pastors/bishops/rabbis/imams. The next step in this anti-American logic is to call for government sanctions against religions that won't allow gays and lesbians to be pastors/bishops/rabbis/imams. When Thomas Jefferson called for a separation of church and state, this is exactly the kind of thing he wanted to prevent.
