I'm not a gun person, so I don't know which is why I'm asking. Isn't it good for the guns to shoot them once in a while?

My old ones are pushing 6k, this set me back 1250 because the dealer is a friend. I love the trigger though.

In general yes, but the older P210's are difficult to get replacement parts for. Thus, I buy the new one, and retire the old.

They are now more collector pieces than shooters.
