That is not what the Supreme Court said

They did not restrain lower courts from ruling on the Executive Branch. Only that they could not make a nationwide ruling.

This ruling applies to California only

It isn’t restricted to CA. It’s a feeling from the robed tool that new national policy has to be implemented

But the problems stemming from this Admin will be very apparent when Democrats control the Government again. Democrats are very adept at abusing license granted to them by using similar tactics as Republicans giving their leaders license to bruise/violate average citizen rights.

We will have ICE agents targeting Republican neighborhoods to just detain everyone for 24 hours....during Election days.

No different from Nazis rounding up Jews.

You obviously aren’t keeping up with the basis of the case. Homan has said publicly they don’t need reasonable suspicion to detain people. ICE just arrests anyone they want. Even citizens.

Homan is correct. Reasonable suspicion is used to approach and conduct an interrogation. When they approach to interrogate, their behavior at that time is reasonable to detain if they are violent or are acting suspiciously.

I'll take Homan's side of this issue every single time.
