When are these out of control "judges" going to realize that the federal government (as we REPEATEDLY were told during the 4 years of the Biden regime) - has control of immigration policy.

This "order" will be ignored, appealed to Supreme Court, and overturned.

I think if they can, SCOTUS should make a definitive ruling that the court has zero authority to order the Congress or Executive Branch to do anything. The court's authority is to define the letter and intent of the existing law. And they can issue an opinion that an existing law is unconstitutional. They can't make up new law just because they think there should be one.
