i will bet you that out in S.Cal that people who speak so so English are not legal...when i lived in Anaheim i used to sit out in the ally in someones garage drinking a beer and conversing with these guys.. none of them were legal,a few had green cards to work........i used to talk to the gardeners on my route in the PO those guys all had green cards.....but back then no one gave a shit...now its different for them....

But American citizens are getting arrested for no reason, I have no issue with arresting illegal aliens but when they arrest American citizens for no reason, when their homes are being invaded for no reason, then there is an issue. We need to go through the courts, there needs to be reasonable cause, just because you look like you may be an “illegal”, then there is no probable cause.
