Texas LEOs can look up your insurance on a hand held database computer. Plus, now that CCW licenses aren't used here anymore, they don't care about those. Back when I first got mine, my instructor said to always tell the cop that you have one first thing. So I got pulled over and told him. He didn't seem to care at all. If asked if I had a gun in the vehicle. I told him I had a .45 between the console and my seat, where it was going to stay. Then I signed the ticket.

I looked it up and the case is about an illegal not getting due process. Well an illegal doesn't get due process. But retired national guardsmen in Florida are becoming judges to give them due process to shut you loons up. But actually they are hoping to have illegals arrested and on a flight within 48 hours.
