He has a legitimate birth certificate. The Judge served swift justice to that asshole.
How can it be frivolous when obozo's own literary agency published a brochure that said their client was born in kenya??
Idiot's like you still eat this shit up.
Not to mention wasting taxpayers money and the time of persons with legitimate issues for the court.

Hard to think of an issue more legitimate than - do we have a fraud in the WH?

Brooklyn judge slams birther lawsuit as 'fanciful, delusional and irrational' and orders theorist to pay $177G - NY Daily News

A birther's lawsuit was born of a crackpot theory.
Thats what an irritated Brooklyn judge said in slapping a preeminent conspiracy theorist with a hefty bill for filing a frivolous suit and wasting the courts time.
Brooklyn Judge Arthur Schack slammed a birther conspiracy theorist's case calling it 'fanciful' and 'delusional.'
Christopher Earl Strunk sought to have President Obama disqualified as a candidate. The author of some 20 other lawsuits most of which have been dismissed Strunk was ordered to pay $167,707 in attorney fees plus a $10,000 sanction for the 2011 lawsuit that named Obama, New Yorks Board of Elections and a list of others as defendants.
Schack also mocked Strunk for claiming a massive conspiracy to defraud American voters (that) was perpetrated by hundreds of individuals, at the behest of the Roman Catholic Church and especially the Jesuits. He imposed the fees for three law firms that opposed Strunks lawsuits.
Im going to have this thing overturned and Im not going to pay a dime, vowed Strunk.

It doesn't matter where he was born, he was born to an American mother, which makes him a "natural born American" whether he was born in Hawaii, Kenya, or on a ship at sea.
Actually theres no issue to avoid.
All that matters is what one can prove in court.
But the judges won't allow that. They refuse to let any of these lawsuits go to trial!!! They know very well how strong the birther case is.
Obozo may have lied about a foreign birth but his literary agency went along with it and PUBLISHED it. Companies don't do that without verifying because they can be charged with fraud. They must have checked his story and believed it true.
rofl
Companies would never do anything bad because its illegal, and that's against the law.
lol @ gullible birfers
Literary agents will lie about almost anything to sell a book. .
Oh, I think it is ALSO time for Obama to file a load defamation of character suits, too.
That should make him very rich.

. The birthers would love that. They got the facts on their side.
