Officer Goodson trial: Prosecutor says Freddie Gray 'was injured because he got a rough ride'

Ruh roh! Marilyn Mosby might need Trump to find her a new job haha!!! The judge blasted the prosecution in today's opening day of the 3rd trial....this one being the biggie....the van driver.

Remember the OTHER passenger who initially said Grey was hurting himself??? And later recanted it? Yeah....prosecution was meeting with him secretly without disclosing it to the defense. Rules violation. Judge is giving Mosby the weekend to....as he says....examine ALL their evidence to be sure they aren't hiding anything else.

Oh...and....there's absolutely no evidence against the van driver. Their "evidence? A video supposedly showing that he didn't come to a complete stop at a stop sign hahaha!!! Write him his $100 ticket!!!

OH AND....about that "rough ride".....notice the OTHER prisoner who was also on that alleged "rough ride"....came away without a scratch???? Now....how can 1 prisoner DIE and the other...not a scratch???

Prepare for riots folks.

If the prosecution can't get this guy they are toast. Sounds like it's off to bad start. Marilyn Mosby is going to end up being a laughingstock as she should be. She didn't give a shit about the truth, just wanted to forward her career.

There's some splainin to do.

No. There's no explaining to do. They pandered to a mob. She went after "justice" in exchange for them not burning Baltimore.....even though she had no case.

It was a kangaroo court witch hunt from day 1. She'll resign. And....she'll be hired as a brave heroic legal analyst by MSNBC or the Huffington Post.

It was an absolute disaster in Baltimore from the very beginning starting with s mayor who failed to do her job. Marylyn Mosby already determined the cops were guilty before any evidence was found. This absolutely is a witch hunt. Liberals want to know why murder is up in cities like Baltimore? Look no further than charlatans like Marylyn Mosby.

It's surprising the prosecutors couldn't see this glaring hole and plug it. So either the prosecution is incompetent or the fix is in.

Either way, I am not anxious to see these cops swing. But I am annoyed by the fact that their bad habits have brought about another major shit-storm, which not only will cost millions of taxpayer dollars but will further empower and embolden the low-life element to impose itself on civilized society. This Freddie Gray fellow was guilty of nothing. Zero. The arrogantly careless actions of these few stupid cops have made it virtually impossible for upright and proper cops in that jurisdiction to do their jobs without serious resistance.

What did they do that was so bad? They were DIRECTED by...of all people...the prosecutor Marilyn Mosby...in an email to their Lieutenant (same LT she's now charging!!!) to conduct heavy enforcement of THAT intersection....the one in HER HUSBAND'S district of representation....due to high crime.

Grey...a known drug dealer...sees them and runs. Gets caught. Has an illegal knife on him (and also probably threw some drugs during the run).

Their ONLY wrong doing? Not seat belting him. Which he would have taken off anyway. And he then tried to injure himself for a lawsuit.

Ah...why bother. The judge will prove them innocent.

It was legal under Maryland STATE law....but not under Baltimore CITY/MUNICIPAL law...which bans spring loaded knives.

Is Baltimore’s Prosecutor Wrong About Freddie Gray’s ‘Legal’ Knife?

Is Baltimore’s Prosecutor Wrong About Freddie Gray’s ‘Legal’ Knife?
The weapon police described is definitely illegal—so why did Marilyn Mosby say it wasn’t? The answer hinges on a single spring.
Has Marilyn Mosby seen Freddie Gray’s knife?

Mosby, the Baltimore state’s attorney, charged three police officers with unlawfully arresting Gray for possession of a “knife commonly known as a switchblade.”

“The knife was not a switchblade and is lawful under Maryland law,” Mosby said Friday as she presented a statement of charges against six police officers to a restless city.

“Lt. Rice, Officer Miller, and Officer Nero failed to establish probable cause for Mr. Gray’s arrest, as no crime had been committed by Mr. Gray,” she said.

Mosby correctly notes the “knife was not a switchblade”—but police never said it was.

“The knife was recovered by this officer,” Officer Garrett Miller wrote in the arrest report, “and found to be a spring-assisted, one-hand operated knife.”

Spring-assisted knives open on their own after a small push on the blade by a finger, unlike switchblades, which shoot out with the press of a button.

Despite their differences, they’re both illegal in Baltimore.

“It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, carry, or possess any knife with an automatic spring or other device for opening and/or closing the blade, commonly known as a switch-blade knife,” says Article 19, Subtitle 59, Section 19 of the Baltimore City Code.
The negro bitch is going be be 'working' at a fucking Nevada truck stop this time next year.
In spite of 'blowing' her way to where she got to the bitch wasn't able to fucking read her on city's laws.

Don't worry. The juries in each trial have or are going to see all the GPS data.

Prosecutor Says Freddie Gray's Knife Was Legal Under Maryland State Law

No sir, it would not. Because the police STILL acted in good faith, as they believed the knife to be illegal. As such lawful arrest.

That's why I take issue with these types incidents, there ARE , of course, cases of police misusing their authority, shit like this takes away from the seriousness of those events, because the average brain dead American is not capable of differentiating, they just either think "Oh all cops bad, they're wrong every time they do anything" or they think "Oh you know that n*gger got what he deserved" with little to no thought about each individual event.

This was a lawful arrest , regardless of the actual legality of the knife ( unless of course the police KNEW the knife wasn't illegal. then that's a different story.)
