DAMN....the thread was just 'infected' by 'TDS'....and I even washed my hands really well before typing....
It seems like you don’t really know what you’re talking about so you made up some bogus shit about what’s going on in this case.
like making up stories about they won't show?
Whose making up stories? The defendant has not set foot in this country for any part of this process.
no one - so far we're just talking. however for the specifics.
concord management had 13 inducements. they fought back. this was unexpected and suddenly mueller was asking for delays. why would he ask for delays when he did his homework in order to put those out there to begin with?

What happened to the original group of indicted Russians and Russian companies? Something very
embarrassing and potentially devastating to the Mueller team prosecutors. One of the accused fought back. Concord Management demanded their right to a “speedy trial” and their right to see the evidence against them via the discovery process.

they asked for what was their right to ask for in our system. what did mueller do?
Robert Mueller's Latest Courtroom Stunt May Cost the Taxpayers Plenty
This all changed when Concord hired US counsel and decided to put on a defense. Suddenly, what had been pure theater became a real case. Since that time Mueller’s crack squad has demonstrated that when it is facing a defendant who can’t be bullied into a guilty plea that it looks pretty ridiculous. Concord is contesting the indictment as defective as it doesn’t present evidence to show a crime was committed. We’ve found out that one of the three Russian companies in question did not even exist during the period the crimes are alleged to take place. And the government had refused to acknowledge discovery requests made by Concord’s legal team. (
My coverage of the case, thus far.)
Now Mueller’s henchmen have come to the conclusion that they are going to have to try a crap case and they aren’t happy about. They’ve responded to their
first discovery request:

so mueller "did his homework" and filed on 13 people who in essence called his bluff and i'll let you relay what happened after that. but it certainly was't pretty or indicative of anyone really trying to go after these 13 people. he was putting on a show and you still seem to believe it to be true.
