The problem is that without all the national attention of this case, he'd probably be charged with murder and sentenced to prison. Commie cities and states love attacking the law abiding and making the criminals to be the victims. CA is no different.

Besides this guy getting stabbed, the funny thing is they reported he was wearing a $300.00 designer shirt, probably hot of course.

He probably never expected this old guy to take him out, but even if that didn't happen, the lowlife was on parole, and he would have been sent back to prison once caught. Goes to show you how comfortable our prisons are in this country; a guy willing to go back for a $2.50 bag of chips.
