If you are Chinese in China, or German in Germany, or French and France, you will have privileges that non-Chinese, non-Germans, and non-Frenchmen would not have. If you are "white" in the Unites States, which was founded by "white" people, there are some inevitable privileges that non-"white" people don't get.

So much for the individual rights and personal freedoms. You must assimilate. If white privilege doesn't exist, how can the rest of us adapt to it and make it our way of life? This is just more right wing fascist bullshit. We have no reason to adapt because people like you are threatened by anyone who isn't just like you.

There is not one unique "American Culture" at all, because you are not and having never been a homogenous people. Which "American Culture" you to adapt to? You have three founding races, all of whom have their own unique cultural identity. Plus the Cajuns in Louisiana. Southern Americans have an entirely different culture to those in the north east or the mid-west. White Texans are completely different from New Yorkers. Even American music. Is it Jazz? Hip hop? Country?

You really need to learn history asshat. Everything the Founders did, was done before. Rome was a Republic for 500 years before they became an Empire. Democracy began in the Greek City States. Rights for individuals came with the Magna Carta in England. The ONLY idea that the Founders signed onto that had never been tried before was Chattel Slavery. That was a new idea. That the value of your slaves added to your wealth. And it's been a millstone around the neck of your country ever since.

There is no homogenous "national identity" and never has been. Tell us, oh wise one, just what is the "national identity". Define it for us. Tell us what you fear "losing".
