here are the facts
The CDC's guidance at the time of the March 25 state order was that COVID-19 patients who are medically stable can be discharged from a hospital to a nursing home, but only if the nursing home can implement all recommended infection control procedures.

CMS, a federal agency that regulates nursing homes, issued similar guidance, and also said that preferably, coronoavirus patients should be cared for in a dedicated unit.

Like CDC and CMS, the state Health Department said only those patients who are medically stable can be discharged, and also recommended that nursing homes consider dedicated units, if possible. The Health Department prohibited nursing homes from requiring a COVID-19 test before admitting a resident, while CMS said new residents should be tested, but did not require it.

The Cuomo administration points to state and federal regulations that predate the pandemic, which require facilities to accept only those patients they can care for. In addition, earlier state communications encouraged nursing homes to stay current with CDC guidance.

But once the state issued its March 25 advisory, nursing home operators said that they felt they had no choice but to accept residents who were either known to be infected or suspected to be. That’s because the March 25 memo did not say anything about making sure that a nursing home can care for a patient before making an admission decision, and said they "must comply with the expedited receipt of residents." In the month following the memo, nursing homes pleaded for relief from the order. as you can see it was the states regulations ... nice try the stupid one is you ...

The MHRA fulfilled the FOI request on the 29th June 2021 and provided a full list of all approved vaccines and a vaccine analysis print for each type of vaccine excluding the Adacel jab which the MHRA claim they do not have any reports on.

Unfortunately the provided data does not breakdown into each month as Duncan Husband requested but does provide an overall review over the past decade of the total number of adverse reactions and deaths which are as follows –

The Pediacel vaccine to tackle diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis was granted authorisation by the MHRA on the 3rd December 2010. As of the 8th April 2021 there have been 3013 adverse reactions and 15 deaths reported to the MHRA.

The pneumococcal vaccine to tackle pneumonia was granted authorisation by the MHRA on the 20th May 2015. As of the 8th April 2021 there have been 8.238 adverse reactions and 38 deaths reported to the MHRA.

The rabies vaccine from GlaxoSmithKline; in which Patrick Vallance has shares, was granted authorisation by the MHRA on the 6th April 2017. As of the 8th April 2021 there have been 2,387 adverse reactions and 1 death reported to the MHRA.

The VIVOTIF vaccine to tackle typhoid fever was granted authorisation by the MHRA on the 25th July 2018 As of the 8th April 2021 there have been 309 adverse reactions and 0 deaths reported to the MHRA.

The mejugate vaccines to tackle meningitis were granted authorisation by the MHRA on the 31st March 2015. As of the 8th April 2021 there have been 9,980 adverse reactions and 2 deaths reported to the MHRA.

Clearly the mRNA injections are not actually vaccines at all and do not work.
Just look at Australia where they have 93% vaccination rates.
The infection and death rate is unchanged.
The high mRNA vaccination rates did nothing at all to reduce infection and death.
And it was calculated based on R(0) infection rate that covid would end with herd immunity once 70% of the population was immune.
So clearly the mRNA injections are NOT conferring immunity.
People who got the mRNA injections are getting infected and spreading it the same as those unvaccinated.
The only advantage of the mRNA injection is a temporary increase in resistance from increased antibody production.
That is NOT immunity.
Immunity requires being stored in long term T-cell memory.
The mRNA injections not do that.

1. Covid will kill you if your immune system isn't enough to handle it.
2. If you have it, with or without knowing it, and you go into public, you're going to give it to someone else.
3. Vaccines don't stop you from spreading it.
4. Vaccines aren't 100% effective, so you may still die if you get it. (see #1)
5. Vaccines are free.
6. Vaccines aren't for population control.

For gods sakes people. Stop this BS argument about it. Use your own f'n brains and do things to keep from spreading it. Joe Biden can't hold your hands. He's just the president. P.S. Mask mandates: WTF does anyone have to be forced to wear a mask? Because they're too stupid to make the decision on their own. Does it work 100% of the time. Absolutely not. But the chances of the virus getting stuck on the mask, instead of being sucked into you nose or mouth is greater than without the mask.
