Trump lost. I'm not sure why it is you won't assign the blame for that loss to the individual responsible (Trump) but it seems you and every other Trump supporter would prefer to live in a conspiratorial world rather face the truth. He lost because he blew the response to the pandemic.

After every federal and state election official has said there was no massive voter fraud. After every lawsuit that's been brought before a judge has been tossed. After every conspiracy theory of fraud has been fact checked down..you still believe that this election was "stolen".

What has this man done that is redeeming in your eyes? What I see? The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.



Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.



Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors.

Excellent post, Ray—I always look forward to reading them and I could not have expressed the current state of our civilization better. Unfortunately, and whilst I agree with every other point you make here, I do not believe there is a single unpaid for by China elected or appointed politician, bureaucrat or judge left in Washington.

See I had great faith in Donald J. Trump—and while some of that faith remains, a looming shadow of truth remains also, one that cannot be ignored: Donald Trump has from day one of the "pandemic" played along with the official Chinese, CDC and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases narrative about the virus. He even claimed on national television to have tested positive and recovered in record time. If it wasn't for that one "tiny" niggling reality, my hope in President Trump's chances of saving our republic would be running much higher.

And then, of course, there's the bit where no politician or entity in Washington D.C.—not even Trump himself—has called for direct retaliation against Beijing for unleashing what can only be described as a biological weapon attack on the rest of the world. In effect China has got away with killing hundreds of thousands of foreigners around the planet and initiating lockdown events which could, by the end of next year, kill up to a billion people who are not Chinese.

While it pains me to say it there's just no other conclusion to be drawn: China has already "invaded" and conquered America, we just haven't yet felt the full effect or experienced the full consequences of their victory. I am a professional writer. Thousands of people follow me on Twitter. Every single day I read posts from my fans who praise China, Chinese owned American media stories, and condemn American history and who take zero pride in being American. If the Chinese military were to land on either coast today I am certain tens of thousands of urbanite democrats would join in welcome parades for them and shower them in confetti and rose pedals.

Yes . . . we need new and more courageous than ever real American heroes. The problem? Such men and women seem to be extinct in the wild.

As the government swung into action to take out a problematic leader that challenged it, some people actually cease to believe their own eyes and swallow an official line. There are people out there that really believe a man passed over by his own party just four years ago got more votes than any presidential candidate in the history of the country without campaigning.

He was kept off the campaign trail because his awkward, stammering, inane speaking style would be an embarrassment to a first-year student taking a remedial course in public speaking. His gaffes and quirks are so bad that they are reminiscent to reasonable observers of a stand-up comic. He has betrayed his country to enrich himself and his family by surrendering the freedoms and liberties of his countrymen to a dastardly enemy that has plans to destroy everything held dear to America.

Unless some remarkable courage is demonstrated by what remains of honest leadership in Washington to reverse a corrupted, illegitimate, and rigged election, this man will take over at the White House solidifying the choke hold China has on the American people. Wall Street and corporate forces that have gutted traditional benefits of the US middle class will have won and their partnership with the People’s Republic of China will pay off in spades for a tiny nucleus of the politically connected rich.

Unless the 2020 election is rolled back to Nov 3rd giving Trump the win he earned, America is done as the world’s freest and most successful democracy. Joe Biden will be a figurehead for China under its control and at its beck and call to replace the US as the economic leader of the free world. The world will no longer be free after the fall of the US which is what is at stake in the wake of this fraudulent election.

There is still hope but it is fading. So many have been on the take from China and the system is so poisoned with greed that only the bravest will come forward to save us. Let us hope they rise to the challenge.

The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.



Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.



Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors.



“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”



“This case presents a question of law: Did the Defendant States violate the Electors Clause by taking non-legislative actions to change the election rules that would govern the appointment of presidential electors? These non-legislative changes to the Defendant States’ election laws facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.” SOURCE — Breitbart
