"Jobs Americans Won't Do"

Let us know how many last more than a month.
Depends on whether the new American workers get paid a fair wage for what they're doing, I suspect.

If the meat-packers want to stay in-business then they'll do the Smart Thing and pay that fair wage.

Meat packers already pay good wages but it’s a shit job.

If they have to increase wages more, then the price of meat will be going up. That’s known as inflation.

Then the price will just have to go up, or the meat-packers will have to settle for less profit, or a combination of the two.

In any event, those Illegal Aliens will be deported and the marketplace will determine the ultimate profits for those packers.

So you want to deport people even though it’ll hurt average working class Americans.

"We cannot end slavery or the price of cotton will go sky-high" - right, Democrats?

-------

We did just fine for generations prior to the admission of millions of low-wage shadow worker-bees...

We'll do just fine again, after a bit of pain and a period of adjustment, with more decent-paying jobs for
AMERICANS...

The sooner we flush the Illegals and take the pain and put it behind us, the sooner we break the present terrible dependency...

We are addicted to low-wage worker-bees and we need to break that addiction, come hell or high water... now's the time.

What does slavery have to do with it?

This comparison is completely nonsensical.

Reliance upon low-cost (or no-cost) labor... the comparison is HIGHLY sensible and relevant... even though you won't admit it.

Wrong.

To use your words, Trump promised to lower the "price of cotton" and then deny that his policies add up to "price of cotton will go sky-high"

You can HONESTLY support aggressive deportations of all illegals, HONESTLY accepting human toll and economic costs that go along with it and HONESTLY talk about how to address these economic problems.

I don't give a damn what bull$hit reasons or rationale that The Right are using to "run-cover" for mass deportations...

So long as mass deportations continue at an ever-increasing pace...

Yep. That's all I'm doing here. Honestly advocating for mass deportations to continue while Honestly acknowledging the human and economic costs while being willing to Honestly talk about Immigration Reform AFTER the present very-large-scale Invasion of Illegal Aliens have been repelled and sent back to their countries of origin and the border is secured properly.

And prices and inflation will soar

Why can't we talk about it now? Seems dishonest ;)

You idiots are nuts. Prices go up due to supply constrictions during covid and you shit your pants even though wages went up. Now you want to force prices up by constraining labor but welcome it? Did any of you complete 6th grade?

They are just saying what they’ve been told to say

Then so be it.

We did just fine without these present millions of Illegal Aliens, for generations.

We have in recent memory become terribly dependent upon them - addicted to low-wage worker bees.

It is time to break that addiction before it is too late.

Anytime you break an addiction it involves pain and suffering and there is a cost.

But those things pass and in the final analysis one is much better-off for having had the courage to break the addiction.

The time has come to find our courage and take the pain and then put it behind us and get American back to a better place.

A place where AMERICANS do these jobs for a decent wage.

Those that we absolutely cannot fill we relegate to LEGAL immigrants who are here on work visas.

But first we press the Reset Button and send the Illegals back home.

We can sort-out the rest of this once the Illegals are gone and we see what jobs Americans WILL do when properly compensated.

No its not, there is supposed to be a BALANCE of power, so we don't have winners & losers.
Our government Should be working by doing its best for All of us,
It’s the hypocrisy that bugs me

How can you be a tradesman that hires illegals on one hand and a Trump supporter on the other?

How does that work?

Why can't we talk about it now? Seems dishonest ;)
Because talking about it NOW keeps them here longer and they ARE going, as soon as can be managed.

The LibProgDem idea of Immigration Reform is a Path to Citzenship - they all get to stay.

That is not going to be allowed to happen this time... and no more stalling or delaying tactics... out they go.

We can talk about Immigration Reform AFTER they're gone... letting-in a finite number ONLY when in the best interests of the Republic.

THAT is about as honest as one could ask.

It's not the answer nor the outcome YOU want but it IS honest. :itsok:

Gee and I thought high prices and inflation were bad things

Well they were just a few months ago anyway

No it doesn't.

I think you are making a mistake in thinking that Trump or any other one person can unilaterally accomplish some sort of final resolution to long term problems.

Like it has happened over and over before, without bi-partisan consensus a POTUS will come and go and issue will largely remain.

Not to mention the fact that removing 20 million people would take YEARS

If it could be done at all
