During the times of Noah. They were genetically modifying creatures. And some believes that the domesticated pig have been altered. It is because the wild pig are healthier and has a thick coat of hair than the domesticated pigs.
But during the times of Noah, that it was okay to use all creatures as food. But then God put certain creatures into certain categories, the clean and the unclean. But before they were all good to be used as food.
But now if God comes. He will have to add some more to the unclean list.
