JAYWALKING IS A CRIME

Jay walkers are breaking the law and are arrested and fine and they just walk across our streets but we cannot arrest those who break the law and jaywalk across our borders which is a crime also?

If they are humans and expected to be treated humane, then they must act like humans and obey our immigration laws.
