January 6th Committee Issues Subpoena For Donald Trump

Pssst

We now know from the FBI investigation that:
  • More than 2,000 of the 30,490 emails Clinton turned over to the State Department contained classified information, including 110 emails in 52 email chains that contained classified information at the time they were sent or received. (Most emails were retroactively deemed to contain classified information by the U.S. agencies from which the information originated.)
  • Some of the emails containing classified information “bore markings indicating the presence of classified information,” contrary to Clinton’s claims that none was marked classified. Comey did not provide a specific number.
  • “Several thousand work-related emails” were not turned over to the State Department in 2014, but were recovered by the FBI. Comey said “three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received.”

I heard Obama declassified all those documents with his mind.

You think so? When does the POWER of the J6 clowns run out?

Trump Could Harness Unresolved Legal Issues to Resist Jan. 6 Panel’s Subpoena

If the ex-president turns down the drama of testifying, his legal team could mount several constitutional and procedural arguments in court.

In the most basic sense, any legal arguments seeking to get Mr. Trump off the hook would merely need to be weighty enough to produce two and a half months of litigation. If Republicans pick up enough seats in the midterm elections to take over the House in January, as polls suggest is likely, they are virtually certain to shut down the Jan. 6 committee, a move that would invalidate the subpoena.

See you in court......:clap2:
The evidence is in Merrick Garland's hands now.
The DOJ is currently conducting it's own investigation armed in part now with the evidence passed on by tge J6 Committee.

Criminal indictments coming soon.

The DOJ's "mandate" will still be valid ling after this January.

Not J6.....

DOJ doesn't like to get hand me downs from congress, always is partisan....they start from scratch.
The DOJ investigation is fraught with political peril for both Biden and the DOJ........don't get your hopes up.

Wrong again.

The select committee has long emphasized its belief that Trump’s actions amounted to a crime. It asked U.S. District Court Judge David Carter in March to invalidate Eastman’s claims of attorney-client privilege over thousands of emails, in part by suggesting some fell under the “crime-fraud” exception. Carter agreed, and issued a ruling — cited over and over again by the committee in its first three public hearings — saying Trump and Eastman “likely” entered into a criminal conspiracy to obstruct Congress.

That ruling laid out a blueprint for the panel’s potential criminal case against Trump.

That's great, the only thing, as I mentioned previously, DOJ likes to start from scratch....anything out of a partisan investigation is questionable.
Then, with all the inherent wisdom of the J6 panel, why did they waste their time on a 'parallel' investigation, wasting taxpayer monies or was it by design to gin up their useful idiot voting base?
